General options tab, missing in the Internet Options..

hi there,

i seem to have a very peculiar bug in my IE6 (with SP1)..

when i go to the menu Tools, Internet Options, my General options tab
has disappeared, therefor i can't seem to clear my default URL startup
page, delete cookies and internet temporary files..

the other weird thing is that is only missing on my user, but on the
administrator or any other user in my machine..

does anyone know how to re-enable this option again? i believe i some
line in the registry will fix this bug, but i can't find the correct
one..
