Game entry rejected

The following message comes up when I try to enter the
Bridge game section:

I was trying to play a game on Zone.com.
I was trying to play a game in MSN Messenger.
I was trying to buy a game.
I don't know, or none of the above.

What can I do? I have downloaded SP2, had trouble with it
and went back to previous version of XP Professional
after removing (I think) SP2.
