Function Address Winword

User has MS Office 2003 installed on a Win2000 Prof system. User just
started getting this error when clicking on Properities when trying to print
to an HP2300.

Function address 0x78010497 caused a protection fault. (exception code
0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This sounds like a conflict at the Windows system level. If you search the
Knowledge Base (from the MSDN site) on Word troubleshoot IPF you should turn up
some articles on the topic that walk you through tracking down the culprit.

My guess would be the printer driver...
