Full Screen

When i open my browser and maximize it it only covers
half of my screen but when i restore it down it will take
to the whole screen but not dock it

can anyone explain why or tell me how to fix this?

Close all window besides one maximized IE window, then right click the
taskbar and choose Tile Windows.
