Is it blue screen restart? Look in event viewer for clues. Is it a
sudden black screen restart. Video hard overheat? Powersupply problem?

Disable auto restart from System Properties >Advanced > Startup and Recovery
Settings. This should give you an error screen that might give more clues to
the problem.

Has it ever run games OK? Games draw lots of power. Are you overclocking?
What brand and wattage power supply? How are the voltages? How old is it?
Blow all the dust out of your system and make sure all fans are running.
Leave the case open and retest it. Chipset or video card could be
overheating.
Try a different video driver, get the latest or try an older version.
I once solved a random reboot problem by reinstalling Windows XP.
There are many possible problems, both hardware and software.
