FRS replicate now?

I have two 2003 server with FRS running and one directory of ~38 GB stopped
rpleicating at about 20 GB due to an error on the target (low staging area).
I edited the registry on both machines to increse the staging area (to 4GB
from 675 MB) and not I need to re-start the replication process. Is there a
simple way to do this or should I just delete the files from the target
directory and let it start over?

I would simply restart the service (NET START NTFRS & NET STOP NTFRS) on the
machine that ran out of staging area drive space. It should start from
where it left off, rather than starting over completely.

Tim,
Thanks for the advice, I'll try that. However, I'm finding that even though
I enlarged my staging area to 4GB I still ran out. However, FRS seemed to
have less trouble than before. Nonetheless, it's still stopping before it's
complete except now I get no event errors. Out of 38 GB on the source, FRS
copied 7 GB and then just stopped. I noticed that I could no longer even
contact the target AD server as it couldn't be reached via DNS when it was
working fine before.

Do you have any ideas on where to look for the problem?
