Frontpage shared boarders not publishing......to:MD

I use this site to publish to and workout problems before
publishing to the regular site. The site name is:
http://www.mikel2634.com
All of the pages in the frontpage 2003 show the top
shared boarder with the nav-bar, but when I publish to
the site of mikel2634.com hosted by discountasp.net the
shared boarder does not appear. When I preview in the
browser, it also does not appear. Under the "Authoring
tab" i have checked "shared Boarders".
I just don't know what I'm doing wrong and of course it's
very frustrating.
Can you help me or maybe give me some suggestions?

If you're publishing by FTP, stop that. You site seems to
have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
