Frontpage 2003 and Yahoo Web hosting

Susie

Have experienced HUGE problems trying to publish to
Yahoo, as a result of files being renamed in Frontpage.
Anyone know how to get around this or should I change my
web host to someone else - or should I use another
software to upload?

More detail of the issues, but would suggest you get a regular FP web host, a host that only does
web hosting and nothing else.

I can tell you that I have had several webs on Yahoo for years with minimal problems.

I've recently changed to a webhost that is Windows based and my horizons were broadened by what I can do. I'm not saying that Yahoo or Unix is bad.

Exactly what do you mean by files being renamed? You renamed the files and
now can't publish? What errors are you getting?
I manage 2 sites on Yahoo (commercial) and have no problems. Had some
difficulty with the subweb creation, but after that nada. You need to read
everything and ask for assistance when you need to. I sounds like the
problem may be on your end. Check the site live and recalculate, or
recalculate your discbased site and republish all.
