FROM WINDOWS OUTLOOK TO WINDOWS MAIL

I have a new computer. The new computer was installed with MS Outlook email.
I hate it. how can I export my Outlook contacts to Windows mail, the new
successor to Outlook Express. Thanks for any advice.
