freeware to move the location of installed software?

hi guys,

I have installed all my software in C drive and now this driving is getting
close to fill and little
space is left.

I have a brand new hd installed and i want to move these installed software
from C to D somehow
that all the references to registery etc will be moved without uninstalling
and reinstalling the softwares

anything around?

any help will be appreciated
