Do *NOT* use a registry cleaner at all. Using one could be the most
dangerous thing you have done to your system. Not knowing what it does,
and being able to "undo" the changes could bring your system to it's knees.
I strongly suggest you avoid using any registry cleaning program.
Cleaning of the registry isn't needed and is dangerous. Leave the
registry alone and don't use any registry cleaner. Despite what many
people think, and what vendors of registry cleaning software try to
convince you of, having unused registry entries doesn't really hurt
you.
The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner erroneously
removing an entry you need is far greater than any potential benefit
it may have.
It would be better for you - if you know nothing about the registry and are
not comfortable with the available (albeit) limited included tools already -
if you describe the issue you are having that you believe this registry
cleanup will repair.
Registry cleaning does not make your system significantly faster or
magically fix random issues you might be having, etc. If you plan to dive
into the registry at all - you should know full well what you are doing
before you do this on a production system.
my Outlook has completely disappeared... it will not open
how do I repair registry problems and get Outlook back?
