Free hosting sites...

I know that Microsoft offers a few options for video hosts. Is there such an
animal as a free hosting server? I don't mind ads on the hosting site if I
can have 1000+ people click to see my little reflections without paying lots
of moolah that I don't have at the moment...

What about some of the free web hosting sites out there? Does anyone know
if there are free sites that allow video or sound files to be uploaded?
