FP2003 -- Links in Preview mode aren't working

FP2003, just installed recently...

When a page is open in Preview mode, the cursor turns into a little hand
when over a link, but clicking doesn't work. I know this is simple to fix,
but I can't remember how to do it.

Can anyone help, please?
