FP2000 Unable to Publish

We are unable to publish changes to our website via
FP2000. Everything seems to publish correctly with no
errors, but the changes still aren't there. It's as if we
never sent a file.

We are running XP Pro. Is FP2000 okay to run under XP Pro?

Yes, we've done that. The changes just aren't publishing.

Do a complete/full publish overwriting all content on the remote server, then turnaround and publish
a 2nd time with Change Page Only selected.
