FP Can't find web sever to publish to. IE and Firefox CAN see it.

I have a website that I publish to at least once a week. I recently upgraded
to FP 2003 and have successfully published to the site with it in the last
few weeks. Today when I try to publish FP tells me it cannot resolve the
site - that FP extesions aren't there or the server is down. At the same
time, I can browse to the site using IE 6.0 and Firefox.

I have no idea what FP is having a problem with. Any help is appreciated.

I get this similar problem time to time: the solution that works for me:

Check the proxy settings in Frontpage. Do you connect through a proxy
server?

Tools > Options > Proxy Settings > Settings >

Under "Proxy Server", uncheck "Use a proxy server for this connection..."
