I've been using FP 2000 for a long time, updating my husbands website about
weekly. A few weeks ago, it quit asking for my user name and password about
half the time--but still let me do updates???

Last week, I created a website for myself and ended up emailing it to my WPP
to publish for me because I kept get Extensions errors, even tho the WPP had
them enabled on their server. I can't open my new website at all from
FP--have to open it on IE then click Edit with MS FP. Anybody know what's
going on?

Sounds like the FP SE are corrupt
- ask your host to run a FP SE health check and check the security
(if it is not asking for credentials the FP SE security is corrupt)
Are you opening the site in FP (not just a page)

OK, I'll ask them to do the health and security checks. Yes, I open the site
in FP, for my husband's site anyway. I can't get mine to open in FP so open
it in IE, then go to FP. Thanks for suggestions.
