I have noticed that I have some folders on my C dirve that includes some
folders such as FOUND.00, FOUND.001, FOUND.002 and so on. I noticed one of
the folder is over 2 GB. What are these folders? Are they system files? Can I
delet them?

These are created by the disk-checking utility (chkdsk) and can normally be
deleted, as the info is likely either junk or cannot be restored to useable
form anyways. See

Hi

They are folders created by chkdsk and can be deleted. You won't be able to
get any meaningful data out of them.

You can delete these folders as they are simply put there when chkdsk checks
your hard drive.
