forwarding e-mails

How can I have the e-mail addresses that were in the original e-mail deleted
when I forward it to others? I know how to use bcc, but do not know how to
have windows mail delete the previous addresses.

Just click on the Forward button and you will then have to supply the
recipient addresses. If the previous ones are in the text of the body of
the message, then delete them.
