formatting a data chart in a bar graph in Access?

I have a bar chart set up in Access with a data chart. How do I format the
data chart to show percentages and "%" instead of just raw data. I want to
show 2.45%, not .0245.

Open the report in design view and double-click the chart control.
Right-click any item in the chart such as a series or axis or whatever and
select Properties (or similar) to edit formats, mins, maxes, etc.

When I created my bar chart I double clicked and formatted the Y-axis to view
as a percentage; like 2.00%, 3.00%, etc. Then I went into the Data Table tab
within Chart Option and I selected "show data table". This data table is the
part I can't seem to format. Right-clicking any item in the chart does not
seem to fix the formatting in the data table.

When I created the bar chart I double clicked the chart control to change the
format on the Y-axis. Then i wento into Chart Options and selected "Show
Data Table". I selected properties as you mentioned but this did not change
the data in the "data table" section below the bar chart. Even though the
Y-axis on the bar chart has 2.00%, 3.00%, etc., the data table data still
shows .01, .02, etc.

I never use "show data table". I would prefer to use a subreport with a
Record Source similar to the chart's Row Source.
