Format Painter in Outlook 2003?

I often use the Format Painter available in Word. I would like the same
function in Outlook; however, I cannot find it under
View/Toolbars/Customize/Commands/Format. Is this not available in Outlook
2003?

It's available only when you use Word as your email editor -- Tools |
Options | MAil FOrmat.
