Format of phone nos. in Outlook Contatcs

When I open a new Contact in Outlook 2003 on my home computer and enter a
phone no. xxxxxxxxxx and then hit tab, it does not automatically change the
format to be (xxx) xxx-xxxx like it does on my office computer, which is also
running Outlook 2003. How can I make my home computer automatically insert
the format (xxx) xxx-xxxx? Thanks for any help!
