form wizard

I have Access 2000 and my forms wizard has stopped
working. In the database window, if I click the Create
Form by using Wizard, the hourglass shows for a second but
nothing else happens. From the "New" button, if you
select form wizard, then choose the record source and
click OK it returns to the database window. Any ideas on
how to correct this will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the Menu command Help / Detect and Repair ...?

(this is in A2002 but I think it is the same in A2000.)

I don't have Access 2000 anymore but check the Menubar command Help. If it
is similar to A2002, you should see the option Detect & Repair. Watch out
for the "responsive" Menu (the double down arrowheads).

If you can't find it check your Access Help.
