Form to search for Customer

I am wanting to create a form that will give me the ability to search for
customers.
I have a customer table with all generic customer info. I want a form that i
can type a first name or last name or phone number a search my table to find
any record that match any or all search stuff I put in. IS this easy I have
been looking on hear but I can not seem to find anything that helps.
