Form now comes up completely blank?

I changed some underlying data types in the tables. Then changed the queries linking so that the queries all work perfect. But now the form, which still accesses the same working queries, same field names, comes up blank? Absolutely nothing on the form, not even the title? Does anyone know why? If i reconstruct a new form from scratch, it works fine.
