Can Front Page be used to create a form, that when a submit button is pushed
it would send the message via e-mail or SMS to a cellphone?

I don't want to use an e-mail address due to spiders, and beside people tend
to use the e-mail address for EVERYTHING, when they shouldn't.

Who says the "spiders" won't start sending email (using the form) to cell
phones as these days many are internet-capable and receive email in addition
to SMS's.

I don't think the problem with spammers using your email forms from websites
will cease to exist as easily as you might think! Since they will already
have your email address, and the cell phone is just another device to
receive it on.


However to create such a script would take knowledge and time to write a
script to to this.

Frontpage won't help you in this regard.

Yes, FP can be used along with server-side scripting (based on what is supported by your web host)
to do what you want, as well as just hiding your email address, however robot can still submit
forms.
