Form cannot be opened by one user

I am running Exchange 2000 on my server with a custom form in a shared
folder. This form has been in use for several months, then I made a change
and republished the form to the same public folder. One of our users can no
longer open the custom form - he gets an error popup window that states "The
custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead.
A form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

I am able to open the form on other Win XP workstations, but not his. All
workstations have Win XP Pro SP2 with Outlook 2003.

Any clues anyone?

Thank you Sue. Unfortunately the user who is having the problem is gone for
the holiday, so I can't try your suggestion until next week.

In case you are still following this Sue, I ended up having to make the user
an owner of the folder in which the offending forms resides. Then I was
able to administer the folder and the forms in it - the tab for folder
administration was not available until I gave the user ownership permission,
hence I could not clear the form cache. Once I was able to clear the form
it reinstalled itself and the user was able to see the updated design. I
then re-applied the user's restrictions to the folder.

Thanks again for your help.

Cal.
