Forged Access Permissions

I have Windows 2000 Domain Controller and Windows xp computers.When some
Windows XP Users accessing shared folders from windows 2000 file servers they
are getting access permissions of other user.I have Windows 2000+SP4 With all
hot fixes and client has XP SP1 and hot fixes.
Please can anybody give the hint

You seem to have Windows security issues.
