No.
1. Uninstall SP2 via Add/Remove Programs and reboot.
2. Run a thorough check for hijackware, including posting your HijackThis
log to an appropriate forum.

I am unable to copy anything and paste it. I did write down some
information given in the Control Panel. The section "Pick a Category";
under Accessibility Options the next category listed is: Centrum

Do you have any idea what language this is? I have never been out of
the
United States before. I have lived in Georgia for almost 35 years.

Assuming we're talking about Windows Update offering you the update to
Windows XP SP2:
Copy down something you see in the "foreign language" (copy/paste would
be
ideal) and post it in a reply to this thread.
Do you currently reside in the USA? Have you resided in another
country
recently and did you use the computer there?
You can uninstall WinXP SP2 via Add/Remove Programs. If you do so, is
everything OK then?
