Font in e-mail

My default font in Word is Century Gothic.
My default font in Excel is Century Gothic.
My default font in Outlook is Century Gothic.

However, when I initiate an e-mail from within Excel it always defaults to
Arial. How and where do I change this?

I'm using Office 2000.

Hi Michael,
To set Century Gothic as default fonts for Excel
Click Tools in Excel
Options
General tap
In the Standard font box select Century Gothic and size
Restart Excel

I know how to to do this. If you reread my e-mail, you will see that. I'm
asking why an e-mail initiated from within Excel doesn't use Century Gothic
even though it's set as the default font everywhere I can see to set it?
