Folders view keep changing back

Whenever I set the folder's view to Icon, it changes to
Details on next startup. I do have the Folders View
Option - "Remember each folder's view settings" checked.
Is there a fix?

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View tab -> unselect
the "Restore previous folder windows at logon" radio button

It's right under the "Remember each folder's settings" radio button
