Folders gone

When i opened my outlook a few weeks ago, all my folders had
dissappeared. With this new outlook ,I have lost important things stored in
folders. How the heck do I retrieve them? I do not like this new outlook,
is there any way I can get old one back?

You appear to be saying you installed/upgraded Outlook
What version were you using & what version did you install?

PS If you dont have backups of data you can expect to lose that data at some
stage
