Somehow I have "lost" all my folders other that the inbox and i can no way of
altering the view to show them all: ie: Deleted, Sent etc etc.

I have also got into Windows full screen mode and cannot see toolbar etc.
How do I get back to ordinary screen? I am on Windows Vista home premium.

A number of people are reporting your first problem, I do not know of the
cause, maybe an update to Norton or MacAfee?

Is there a triangle to the left of Local Folders? If so, try clicking it a
few times.

I may have read that hitting Alt brings up a toolbar, so try it. If you get
the
toolbar that includes View, click on View, then Layout. If there's no check
mark in the box before Folder List, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on OK. If you instead get the toolbar with several pictures near
the middle, leave your cursor over each symbol until you get its label.
Click on the one labelled Folder List a few times.
