folders createed after updates

Hello,

After the updates are installed some folders are created
in the servers in differents units and with longnames for
example: 21c67686bab19d2577d0. I want to know what is the
function of these folders and if can be delete it, or how
can address to create them in one specific location.

These are temporary folders that are supposed to be
cleaned up by Windows Update after updates are
installed. Whenever I find them out there after updates
have been installed, I just delete them. There have been
a few instances where the folders have no permissions set
on them and I have to take ownership and give myself full
control before I can remove them (you must go into
Advanced and propogate changes down to all child objects
as well).
