Folder View Problem

I have some folder views set to thumbnail and some to icons but they keep
getting reset to detail view. I used tweak UI to set explorer's
customization folders to remember 30,000 but still no help. How do I get
Windows XP Home to leave my folder view settings alone?

See www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm, Line 2, Left Column. If I recall correctly, TweakUI uses an incorrect setting for this function. TweakUI uses the Bag MRU Size value. The correct value to change is BagMRU Size, without the first space. The REG file from Kelly's site will set the value to 8000. You can edit the REG file to increase the number, but you need to convert the decimal number to hexidecimal.
