Folder Redirection

I have set up folder redirection for My Documents to Point to network share.
However when the user effected by this group policy logs in, My Documents
still points to default local directory.

Can anybody tell me as to what setting affect could effect My Documents
folder redirection?

Make sure the users have full control of thier directory:

Here is some more info on this topic:

"Currently, the use of mapped network drives and environment variables is
not supported in folder redirection. To use the Folder Redirection group
policy, you must specify a Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path such as
\\<ServerName>\<ShareName> as the target folder location." - This is because
there is no guarantee the drive will be mapped when we need it for folder
redirection - Buz
