FOLDER OPTIONS

I virus, attacked on my pc, after that, FOLDER OPTIONS ARE disabled, i
am using windows xp, now, how can i get FOLDER OPTION, i have tried to
use "regedit" etc, but computer says
"Registry editing has been disabled by admisnistrator", even i am the
administrator.

Start | Run | Type: control folders | Click OK

Registry Editing has been disabled by your administrator
