Folder opens at start up

the system32 folder opens right when windows opens and i dont know how to make it stop opening. Is it even a folder that i need or is there a way i can delete it if i dont need it? help me please
P.S. im also having problems with my computer running slow even though i have 96GB of 107GB free the start up is slow and a lot of games are slow. any advice is welcomming

Defragmenting your hard disk/partition

Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter

Disk Cleanup

Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup.

This behavior has been been linked to an entry for the SB Audigy 2 sound
card in the registry.

MVP Kelly has a script to correct this at the following URL.

Download the vbs file and double click the file to run the script.
