Folder on Desktop

I once created a folder on the Windows XP Desktop for some use. Then I
deleted the folder using ( Shift + Del ).

The Folder keeps reappearing sometimes after a day or two. We have Symantec
Antivirus Loaded on the PC, We also ran all kind of Spyware software. Found
nothing.

Please help.

What is the name of the folder and does it correspond to any software that
you have installed/uninstalled recently?

Is this computer a member of a domain and if so, are the users configured to
use roaming profiles?
