{folder} is not accessible - Access Denied

A Win2Kserver has just died due to a hardware failure

I have connected the old Hard Disk from the dead machine and I can access ALMOST ALL files

Unfortunately, I am unable to access one particular folder ... my recollection is that there were special privledges with this directory.

Symptoms ..
It is in an NTFS partitio
When I right click on the directory and Properties/Security ... get an error dialog "You only have permission to view the current security information on {folder
I am logged in as Administrator ... with full permission
The permissions I see seem to have a GUID as the user nam

.... My guess is that it has something to do with the different server

Can anyone help me resolve this problem and access the data in the directory.

You need to seize ownership of this folder. It's
another tab in the security properties.
