In Windows XP PRo on a P-IV ---
When the cursor floats over certain icons, buttons, and
links, you get the little yellow text box that appears,
giving a description of the item. If I float my cursor
over something in the taskbar, most of the yellow box is
hidden behind the taskbar (used to not be so). In other
instances, the box contains incorrect information
(corresponding to an adjascent item) or is of the wrong
size (i.e., the yellow box is contained within a larger
black box).
Has anyone seen this type of behavior before? Thanks.
