I was hoping that this was something that would be fixed in Outlook 2003, but
it still occurs. I make use of custom folders and have established rules to
move project specific emails to appropriate custom folders. I often place
flags with reminders on these emails. However, reminders are never given.
"Flag" reminders only seem to work from messages in the "Inbox." If the due
date for a flagged reminder (in custom folder) has passed, the message does
properly change color. But reminder pop-up dialogs or sounds are not given.
