Folder View Indicator of Flagged Message Within Folder

When viewing the folder tree there should be an indicator when a folder
contains a flagged message. Either indicating the highest level flag or all
levels of flags within the folder. This would give a quick view of which
folders were "hot".

Version of outlook?

Outlook 2003: use the for follow up folder to see hot folders... or in older
versions, advanced find. Me? I keep them in the inbox until they are acted
on, because if they are important enough to flag (and set a reminder on)
they should be in my line of sight.

In Outlook 2003 the For Follow Up folder contains all flagged messages. Yes
they can then be sorted By Folder but if the folder list graphic view had an
indicator such as a colored dot on each folder that contained flagged items
you would get a quick overview without additional steps. If you structure the
folders to group messages by project or assignment then you would instantly
see which projects need attention.
