Hey,

I just downloaded flagfox for firefox. Basically it puts a flag up of wherever the server is of the website I'm viewing.

This place says it's american - how come?

It will work from a geographic lookup of the host servers IP address, in this case PC Review is hosted in Texas

I'd like to have hosted this in the UK, however it would be 3x the price for 1/2 the service level Its only an extra 80ms ping for someone on a fast connection, so very little difference in speed.

Wrong then init ... but the server is in the US and we do also mirror www.pcreview.com

I would just expect a server for a .co.uk website to be in the UK... it kinda makes sense.

Yeah, it would be ideal if we could Simply too expensive for the amount of traffic we serve though.
