Flag Status

Myself an another person share an email address through a volunteer
organization and we access the mailbox via a VPN. We use to be able to flag
an email and the other would see that specific flag coloring so we knew the
other person was working that inbound email.

Recently she is only able to see the emails that I flag. But when she flags
an email I am unable to.

The email system works through the Microsoft Exchange Server. She is using
Outlook 2007 and I am using 2003. Even when she upgraded to 2007 I was able
to see her flag markings. This just recently started.

Is there a patch or setting that I need to go into? I have tried searching
here and through Outlook help with no success.
