Flag Should Pick Subject

I put flags on emails so I can make sure they've been completed on time. My
email already has a subject. Why can't the flag automatically pick up that
same subject. Instead, the flag's subject is "follow up". If I sent 15
email and keep the default "follow up" as my reminder, etc, then I will have
15 reminders pop up saying "follow up" and I won't know which one is most
important unless I click open item. If the recipient accepts the flag too,
he/she will also have the same useless reminder.

Is there a way to automatically have the subject go to the flag when I
attach it besides copying and pasting?

Why double the subject? If the reminder comes up the subject is already
displayed. If any, it would be helpful to have the colors in the reminder
dialog, wouldn't it?
