Fix for error1904/error 103 during install

I was getting error1904: failed to register c:\program
files\microsoft antispyware\gcASThreatAudit.dll during
install which was followed by an error 103 when I
attempted to run MSAS.

Solution was to uninstall MSAS and then reinstall to a
non-default directory. I used c:\msas.

I hope this helps some of you.

Were you running as an administrator on your machine at the time of the
original install?

Any idea why permissions on the program files directory might not be at
default settings for the OS on your machine?
