Firewall is not enabled automatically

Hi All

I installed SP2 on a machine running Windows XP Home.
The Firewall is not enabled automatically. At each
startup, windows Firewall prompts saying that I should
enable the Firewall. Click on the recommendations and
then enable it.

I tried: netsh winsock reset, but this did not make any
difference.

Can anyone help please ?

Depending on other firewall products installed on the machine it may not
run on startup - do you have any other firewall products installed?
