Firefox download

Windows XP, SP2. I am having so much trouble with Earthlink TotalAccess Mail that I want to switch to Mozilla's Firefox and Thunderbird. Each time I try to download Firefox, I get an error box saying: You are not authorized to view this page. HTTP error 403-Forbidden.
Can someone tell me why I am receiving this message? And how do I download Firefox?

I have used the same URL you have given me, plus several other different ones but I just now tried the URL below and clicked on the download button and received the same error message.

Oh boy, if it's not one thing, it's another! I finally figured out that Zone
Alarm was stopping the download of Firefox. I changed Zone Alarm's
conditions and now have a Firefox set-up icon in place but each time I click
"Open"---"Run", I get an error box = 7-zip Unspecified error. What is
causing that?
