Fircet Cable via LPT NULL modem cable

Hello,

I bought a LPT NULL MODEM cable.
I try to set a file transfer between Win XP
and Win 98. On Win XP i used the network wizard
to use Direct Cable utility, i laucnh Direct Cable utility on
win 98. I tried Win 98 as server and host and same for Win XP.
This is not working. Time out.
