Find all open port ?

Hi all!
In school i use this remote controll program
(tightVNC and Remote anything and windows remote desktop)
to get full controll on my home computer.
I have configure my server to use port 22.
This is the only port that works trough the
school router (i think)..I have tested many port
but only 22 is ok and let me trough.

Now I wonder if there is a way to find out
other port in the school firewall, router or
whatever setup they have so I can use another port
then 22. I have two computer at home and like
to remotely administrate both at the same time.

Thanks! :)

There are several utilities available (they're called portscanners) but why
don't you connect to your home PC, and then use again VNC to connect to the
next one from the first PC?

Thank! Yes, that's the way I do now.
Would really like to have more mobility with another port then port 22
